Is Proposition 8 Unconstitutional?

A FOX News interview with Ted Olson, the plaintiff's attorney in California's Proposition 8 trial. Do you think Prop 8 is unconstitutional or should the voice of the majority of California voters in banning same-sex marriage be upheld?

This man shoots down every possible argument against gay marriage in the most logical and straight forward way and as the interviewer says, I cannot believe this man has ever lost a case before the supreme court. And, one more additional reason that I love Ted Olson, besides his infallible logic, is the line when he sarcastically asks the reporter if he interrupted when in fact the reporter had interrupted.
