Below is a guide to using the "My PeaceJam" box on the upper right hand side of the page:

Quick Links
See all those yellow #'s and words in the box? They're all links and they take you to the section that they're talking about. Does it say "none" in yellow next to "Affiliate"? Click on "none" and it will take you to the Affiliate page to find one! If you have an Affiliate it will list it here and you can always easily get to your Affiliate page! Same for the #'s - the yellow # next to "Message Board Posts" will take you to the Message Board Index. That's the quickest way to get to the boards from any part of the site!

The "My" Stuff
These all get you into a specific section to manage whatever follows the "My". Quickly find your projects or events, and go to your gallery to add pictures and videos! Click My Profile to see your profile and get the options to edit it.

Inbox
Here's where you can send a message to anyone on the site. Forget email, PM's are the way to go! When composing a new message you need to enter the recipients PJ ID, which is what appears in parenthesis next to their name and is NOT the same as their display name. Once you send a message you can look at it in the outbox and edit it before the person receives it. But once the message is received it goes to your sent box and you can't edit it anymore.

My PeaceJam Newsfeed
This area will give you updates on everything happening on the site related to you. So if your affiliate posts a project, event or news you will be notified. If someone replies to a message board post that you are involved in, you'll know about it. If someone leaves a comment on your blog, photos or videos, you won't miss it. This is a great tool and something you should check often!

With your help I have gotten our group---Dearborn High PEACE Club---on the site! and our GCA is there too! Now I need help getting the 30 kids "registered". Sorry for all the neediness--I am a techno-idiot.
