Operation Beach Clean Up
Restoring Earth's Environment
What specific problem does this project address? The specific problem we our adressing is the amount of liter on our beaches.
What research was done for this project? We looked for problems that occured recently in our local area that we knew could affect people all over the nation.
How was this project decided upon? We all like beaches, and hate to see people liter on the beachesw we attend, but not only for us, but for the wildlife that lives there. For without the wildlife the beach would not be the same.
How will this project remain ongoing? By keeping each member busy on a different aspect of the project at all times until the project is ready to be fullfilled, as well as informing each new member at a slower rate in order to keep interest in the project. We also plan to celebrate our success at the end of the project, and that alone keeps people involved. Only those who work may play.
How is this project going to make a difference? It is going to make a cleaner beach, which will hinder beach affiliated diseases for the people that attend, and it will allow for wildlife present at the beach to be more abundent, in order to strengthen the ecosystem.
