Project Goal: Our goal is to rid the use of Styrofoam in the Jefferson County School District cafeterias.

Root Cause: The environmental degradation caused by Styrofoam.

Project Plan: Interview a school district food services manager. Tour the Waste Management recycling plant. Research Styrofoam and it's environmental impacts. Research different options than Styrofoam. Create a presentation and present to students, faculty and staff, parents, the school board and volunteers.
