Equal Access to Water and Other Natural Resources
What research was done for this project? Student volunteers consist of a wide range of degrees, from Engineering to English to Anthropology. Work is divided into different groups including: Water system design, Water sanitation, Health and Education, and Fundraising. Engineers may work in water system design learning basic hydrology and working with volunteer community partners to present an optomized water system to be built in the village of choice. Other volunteers help out greatly in all different groups providing everything from plans for education, survey of health, and fundraising towards student travel costs.
