| What specific problem does this project address? This project addresses the issue of having clean drinking water available easily and affordably to people throughout the world. Fr just $2.00, a person can have a LifeStraw filter which can filter water for an individual for one year. |

| What research was done for this project? We were presented with this issue by a nine year old boy who wanted us to take this on as one of our Global Call to Action Projects and CELC students felt this was a very worthwhile cause and that it would be a good way to solve a large issue. |

| How was this project decided upon? Students wanted to contribute to LifeStraw after hearing about this organization from a presentation given to our group. |
