The Speech that Portended the Tibetan Uprising Made Public |

I get asked questions about March 2008 Uprising in Lhasa which resulted in riots, deaths, kidnappings and arrest of many lives. Tibet has been closed for western media during the time, so that unbiased or the truth won't come out. The tours for reporters they did later after the international pressure was monitored. Questions were vetted and halted if CCP thought it was inappropriate.
Few youtube videos posted by users and tourists in Lhasa were available to us.
This speech Rungye Adak gave was released only this week since the guy who shot the video didn't understand the language and didn't understand its importance either.
