 Valentine's for Seniors

Location: Alpine, United States
Project Goal: Send love to lonely seniors for Valentine's Day.
Project Cause: Many seniors in residential homes are forgotten and oftennot visited by friends or family. In our society, we hide our elders and focus on youth.
Project Plan: Our youth will create "stain-glass" hearts with crayon shavings melted in between wax paper shaped like a heart that can hang in the window of senior's room to shine love in everyday. Our club member will also make cards for each resident at Alpine View Lodge. Once complete, we will hand deliver to the seniors and staff to brighten their day.
