Desiree, Jen Scott beat me to the punch posting those - go Jen! - so they are on the PeaceJam Heartland page (http://www.peacejam.org/heartland) under "Photo Albums". There are many other albums there too. Here is a direct link to the SLAM 2008 album to get you started.
