Great Lakes PeaceJam Conference 2012
10th Annual Youth Conference featuring Mayan Nobel Peace Prize Winner Rigoberta Menchú Tum.
Join Great Lakes PeaceJam as we celebrate our 10th annual Youth Conference! This exciting event will bring together over 200 PeaceJammers from Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana who will experience life on a college campus, celebrate Global Youth Service Day AND Earth Day through hands-on service, meet new friends, attend skill-building workshops, and present their Global Call to Action projects to the Laureate and their peers!

"The youth do have a voice and have something to say. With determination and a nonviolent attitude, people can alter in a postive way the world they live in. That is the PeaceJam spirit, the embodiment of change and hope for everybody."
-Rigoberta Menchú Tum
