If you're having trouble with the site, from simple things like can't figure out how to post a picture to difficult things like getting error messages, then there are several ways to get help. But before trying them please check the Tutorials and Guides thread for video and written instructions on how to use the website. If your question isn't answered there, then please follow the steps below:
1) Post on the Site Problems + Feedback Message Board. Admins check this board and will reply and try to help you with your problem. If you have a small problem or question this is the best place to post as other users of the site who know the answer can also help you.
2) Send a Private Message to an Admin. We have several admins who you can contact. Please try to contact the admin who oversees the area of the site you are having trouble with.- Jes Ward General website administration in all areas. Account Approvals for Affiliate Regions, content, etc.
- Kate Cumbo Online Trainings. account approvals for Headquarters and those outside of Affiliate Regions.
