Pangaea Project
The Pangaea Project empowers low-income high school students from Portland to become globally aware local leaders. Each April, groups of 8-12 students participate in eight-month long leadership development programs that combine local and international service-learning projects. Pangaea’s unique model of education provides once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for low-income youth to learn about both local and global issues of solidarity, human rights, social change and community organizing. http://www.thepangaeaproject.org/
