What a weekend! The Peace of Mind Club from Waynesville, NC had 35 youth and 7 advisors attend the SE Youth Conference at FSU. Rigoberta Menchu Tum was the Nobel Laureate. Our students are still pumped. Rigoberta had such a great energy. Rody, Jaime and Ty you guys rock. All the mentors and family groups really impacted our students. And Rudy what can I say? You all have become part of our hearts and spirit. Peace. |
