Hello friends,

My latest obsession is TED.com.

It's a site that posts various 20-minute-or-so talks about a multitude of subjects. The speakers include anyone from Politicians to Artists.

Best part: They're all free. You can download them straight to your iTunes and put them on your iPod.

I just watched a talk about positive psychology. Yesterday it was a writer talking about creativity and how our culture destroys artists and creativity by placing so much pressure on artists.

They're fascinating talks and I'm addicted.

Did I mention they're completely free?

TED talks are awesome! I watched one once were this physicist had invented eyeglasses with adjustable lenses so that people in the developing world who didn't have access to ophthalmologists could make their own prescription glasses. His next goal was to make them for under $1 since so many people in the world live on less than $1 a day.

I'd definitely make some time. I watch them while I'm cooking or relaxing. I'm also going to put them onto my iPod for when I go running.

A-Mazing!
