The Southeast PeaceJam Affiliate serves hundreds of youth throughout the region with PeaceJam Juniors, Leaders, and Ambassadors programs. Our office is located in Tallahassee, Florida, at the Florida State University's Center for Leadership and Civic Education, which coordinates many leadership, service, and social justice initiatives. The annual PeaceJam Youth Conference, hosted by a Nobel Peace Laureate, is held in the spring on the Florida State University campus. We also host an annual PeaceJam slam, which is our fall kickoff event in preparation for the conference in the Spring.
This year, our Slam is November 5th, 2011 and our conference is March 30th - April 1st, 2011. |
